Kirk Cameron says the same things about homosexuality as John MacArthur. (there are videos of Kirk talking about it actually.)
MacArthur doesn’t say things that are not based on Scripture. Therefore, if you think MacArthur is a homophobe, then you think Jesus Christ is.
It’s not about being “scared” of homosexuals, it’s about acknowledging that it is a sin and repenting. Just like any other, such as adultery.
I think Kirk is a great man. I think he’s very smart and he helps people with his faith. But let me ask you something, what do you know about his friend here John MacArthur? He strikes me as a homophobe. I heard him say things about gay people that make me angry. My hero, my uncle is gay and I will always defend him and anyone else who is gay because they are not bad people and they need a voice. So why is John so hateful towards them?

I praise God for your testimony Kirk…keep growing in the faith and knowledge of Our Lord Jesus Christ to whom we owe our very lives…..
